GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&C)
1. SUBJECT
These terms govern the sales of crochet supplies, kits, and digital tutorials by the Chat Crochet shop.
2. PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros. As a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French CGI). Shipping costs are calculated before final checkout.
3. ORDER AND PAYMENT
Validation of the order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Payment is due immediately at the time of the order (Credit Card via Stripe/PayPal).
4. DELIVERY
Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery is carried out via Mondial Relay / La Poste. Chat Crochet cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- Physical Products: You have 30 days to return a product if it does not suit you (return shipping costs at your expense). Yarn balls must be intact (unused).
- In case of a defective product, return shipping costs will be fully refunded or covered by the shop.
- Digital Products (PDF Tutorials): According to the law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for downloaded digital content. By validating your purchase, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal for these files.
6. DISPUTES AND MEDIATION
